Terms of Service
Clear, transparent terms regarding project scope, milestones, handover, and our warranty.
1. Scope of Work
Every project begins with a clear brief and wireframe plan agreed upon together. Any additional feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be quoted transparently before we begin.
2. Milestones & Payments
Standard payment terms are a 50% deposit upon kickoff, and the remaining 50% upon quality assurance (QA) approval before full access handover.
3. Warranty & Bug Fixes
Every delivered project includes a free 30 to 60-day bug-fix warranty after launch. If anything unexpected breaks, we fix it promptly at no extra charge.
